Once you’ve gone through our analysis we can devise the best training programme for you, which will include a selection of our amazing group training workouts, our nutrition provision and app based support.

A strength focused class that will make every rep count. During the workout your coach will encourage perfect technique, controlled lifting with effective weight selection. Max classes will help you build strength in all the right areas. Improving performance has never been so fun!

All the great lifts you experience in Max but with an endurance twist! We double the rep range and increase the number of exercises to really test and improve your muscular endurance. Conditioning will challenge you to lift perfectly even when you’re sweating and your muscles are burning.

HIIT and Box
A chance to let out the boxer in you. We combine rounds of simple bag work with great technique to challenge in ways you never thought possible, couple this with our HIIT and Box conditioning drills and you have a great combination for getting fit and lean.

Speed of movement is key to getting the most of Dynamic. Targeting all major muscles in a variety of movements with minimal rest time, this is a great addition to your training in your journey to become and athlete.

Combine Box and Dynamic and you have the Athlete. Boxing drills focusing on technique and power are partnered with rounds of HIIT to create an effective combination of fat burn and conditioning.

The perfect way to create balance in your training. Using foam rolling techniques and specific stretching Rejuvenate will help release all those tightened areas that build up through training with intensity.

An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.
Les Mills Barre
BARRE is a modern version of classic balletic training; a workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, LES MILLS BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.
Animal Flow is a trademarked bodyweight program that's centered largely around ground-based work. It features animal-style movements that encourage core stability and strength, joint strength, and body awareness — all without any fitness equipment. No matter where your body is at right now, you deserve to feel graceful, powerful and in control within yourself.

RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

SPRINT is a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. Party on a bike is more like going out than exercising. Pumping tunes, fun dance moves and party vibes is what you’ll expect from this class. High interval training that will challenge you in a fun and enjoyable way but also giving you a great workout.
