Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa flow is a free flowing practice that uses the breath to connect a variety of poses with fluid movement. Every Vinyasa class offers different flows and poses so no two classes are ever the same. Vinyasa is open to anyone and everyone and modifications will be offered so create the perfect class for everyone’s ability.

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga is a more rigorous style of yoga which consists of a set sequence of postures always completed in the same order. It is an intense and physically demanding practice designed to challenge both the body and mind. Ashtanga is suitable for everyone though some yoga experience would benefit.

Sculpt

Our signature SCULPT class is the perfect solution if you’re looking to tone, strengthen and lengthen your whole body. Using the beat of the music, small movements and isolations, expect to target the thighs, glutes and core as you work on defining and shaping your muscles in this low impact, high intensity workout.

Yin Yang Yoga

Yin is internal passive and cooling movements that focus on holding postures to reach the deep connecting tissue and to reach a peaceful focused state of breath and mind. Postures are floor based static and slow. Yang is more external dynamic and warming and working through standing postures to create heat in the breathe and body, and a cardio based workout. Yin and yang balances the mind, breath and body. Perfect for all abilities and those recovering from injuries.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga focuses purely on relaxing, re-energising and restoring the body, perfect if you want a calm relaxing practice. Suitable for all and great for beginners. Meditation and breathing are very much the focus in the practice.

Body Balance

An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. This class is virtual so you'll be guided through the movements on screen.
